The financial statements presented have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the organisation's constitution (including its Memorandum and Articles of Association) and the charities Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102).
