Achieving meaningful and sustained change requires collective action across the NHS. The NHS Alliance is committed to supporting members by sharing evidence, strengthening leadership capability and promoting approaches that improve workplace experiences for ethnic minority staff. Building upon existing work, including the BME Leadership Network, the NHS Alliance will continue to provide opportunities for collaboration, learning and the sharing of effective practice across member organisations.
