Digital
Tom Loosemore, reflects on the tactics (or ‘levers’, as he calls them) that helped him and his senior peers to push the Digital agenda forward in the UK public sector and ultimately, deliver digital services that are simpler, clearer, and faster for everyone. Tom explores ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ levers how and when senior leaders within the health sector can apply them.
This podcast series is delivered by NHS Providers in partnership with the NHS Confederation and Public Digital, and supported by NHS England as part of their NHS Digital Academy, the series explores how senior leaders in the health sector can confidently lead their organisations in the shift from analogue to digital.
