She reflects on her clinical role and why – at a time where quality, safety and performance are inseparable from data – board members and senior leaders have a responsibility to lead on this agenda, regardless of their digital experience. Anne shares how leaders can ask the right questions of their teams, and warns against having blind trust in AI.
This podcast series is delivered by NHS Providers in partnership with the NHS Confederation and Public Digital, and supported by NHS England as part of their NHS Digital Academy, the series explores how senior leaders in the health sector can confidently lead their organisations in the shift from analogue to digital.
