Supporting leaders through challenge and complexity
Communications and engagement leads have been going through complex changes as a result of the NHS restructuring and wider change programme. They not only have to lead the communications and engagement on these change programmes for their organisations, but they also need to contend with what it means for themselves and their teams.
This session will be led by former NHS trust communications director, and current HealthCommsPlus Associate Carrie-Ann Wade. She will provide advice and guidance on how to manage through complexity and how we can build resilience as leaders, both looking after ourselves and our teams.
