Overview
NICON26 is the premier event for health and social care leaders and partner organisations in Northern Ireland. This year’s conference will explore ‘Reset for All | Action by All’.
Join 750 delegates to discuss the ‘reset’ of the Health and Social Care (HSC) system in NI. We will look at progress made to date in implementing the ambitious HSC Reset Plan against a backdrop of unprecedented financial challenge and the upcoming 2027 NI Assembly election.
Across two days, you will hear from international experts and local leaders, while taking part in discussions about how we can drive forward change to deliver for our population. There will be a choice of over 50 interactive parallel and fringe sessions and opportunities to visit an extensive exhibition space.
This year, our focus will be on inviting the HSC workforce, our partners, and the public to explore how we can all be a part of reset together. Sessions will focus on leadership and culture, the new neighbourhood model, digital ambition, workforce solutions, and innovation, as well as many more topics. Our NI Primary Care Network will lead important conversations about the future of primary care and its role in implementing reset.
