Shared Leadership Forum for Chairs

Join our dedicated space for chairs of organisations within, or moving toward, group models

This forum provides a confidential space for chairs to connect with peers, explore common challenges and share learning and practice experiences from across the sector.

Recognising the rise in shared leadership models, our shared leadership forum for chairs offers a space for mutual learning and advice on the governance and leaderhsip of boards navigating or exploring this model within the NHS. 

Operating under Chatham House Rule, this member-only forum will provide you an opportunity to:

• Share ideas and exchange learning.
• Hear presentations from communications leaders experts on the latest innovative work in the sector.
• Engage in interactive sessions to ask questions and share your thoughts.
• Have open and honest discussions with peers in breakout sessions.

Our agenda will explore:

• Latest developments in different areas of the sector,
• Introduction to new members who have begun the journey toward group models, and
• Group discussion about the changing role of non-executive directors (NEDs).
