The NHS Alliance Autumn Conference: Turning ambition into action

The NHS Alliance Autumn Conference is a new annual event for senior leaders across health and care.

Taking place on 26 November 2026 at Park Plaza Victoria, London, the conference will bring together leaders from across provider organisations, commissioners, primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector to explore how we turn ambition into action.

Health and care leaders are operating in an increasingly complex environment. Rising demand, financial pressures, evolving system architecture, neighbourhood health reforms and changing operating models all require organisations to work together in new ways while continuing to improve outcomes for patients and communities.

The NHS Alliance Autumn Conference provides a trusted space for leaders to step away from day-to-day pressures, speak openly with peers and explore practical approaches to some of the most significant challenges facing the sector.

The theme for this year's conference is Turning ambition into action.

Across health and care, there is no shortage of ambition for improving services, strengthening partnerships and transforming care. The challenge is translating that ambition into change that can be delivered in practice.

Through roundtables, peer-led discussions and expert-led sessions, the conference will explore how organisations can work together to navigate change, drive improvement and deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.
